Caution about more reverts at Saraswat Brahmin

edit

Hello Joshi punekar. After being blocked per WP:AN3 earlier this month, I notice you are continuing to revert at Saraswat Brahmin about the best way to describe their diet, with respect to their consumption of fish. You are risking a block the next time you revert this article unless you have obtained a prior consensus for your version on the article talk page. Since you appear to be rejecting all feedback about your edits, an administrator should go ahead with an indefinite block of your account if you continue to edit war. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 17:09, 19 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Joshi, you are continuing to revert about Brahmins in spite of my above warning. It is clear that other editors don't support your changes. In particular, this edit of April 20 seems to be introducing scientific racism into the article on Deshastha Brahmin, even though your attention was previously drawn to the issue on the talk page. ("Anybody who has a good understanding of genetics will find scientific racism based on phenotype rather baseless"). Can you explain why I shouldn't proceed with an indefinite block of your account? EdJohnston (talk) 18:53, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Ok if it seems scientific fine I’ll leave it there but others edits have been reverted may I know why.Actually I have given citation for that. Joshi punekar (talk) 18:57, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
At this point, I would only accept a voluntary ban from any editing about castes, including Brahmins. So far, your activity here on Wikipedia is only disruptive, and you are just wasting people's time. EdJohnston (talk) 19:01, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

EdJohnston Sometimes it hurts when they revert without given proper reason.Ex: see Deshasthas brahmin page:Instead of reverting recent edit some user have reverted all 5 edits,How pathetic. Secondly in saraswat Brahmin page recent edits don’t match any citations that’s what I mentioned even there it got reverted without any information sharing!! What’s happening in wiki? Even my time is important for me if they keep on reverting the hard earned information what’s the use? (I really don’t except too much just go through above 2 page then you will understand what’s happening) Joshi punekar (talk) 19:07, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

If I proved wrong about my above claim happily I’ll delete my account. So I request you to go through deshasthas page only once. Joshi punekar (talk) 19:11, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

April 2019

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for Long term edit warring and disruption on caste articles.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Your previous 24-hour block from 10 April was for edit warring at Goud Saraswat Brahmin per a complaint at WP:AN3. Since the original AN3 complaint, your reverts about Brahmins have not ceased and you seem unable or unwilling to wait for consensus on the talk page.
