Nicholas Alahverdian and Mike Pence

I had left out the year, because given that the title claimed it to be VP Pence in 2013, at that point he was 4 years away from being VP. I don't think the uploader is here anymore. Well, the date comes form the timestamp in the EXIF metadata provided by the photographer's iPhone 4 (phone released in 2010, so at least we know for a fact it was later than that). The upload on Commons happened in 2017, so that's most likely why it is titled "VP", since the uploader knew that Pence were VP at the time of upload.
