Hello

Hi, Jea. This is Kes from Molecular Biology class. Looking forward to working with you this semester. Kkotani1 (talk) 05:20, 20 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Likewise. Thanks for writing on my wall. :) Jpark623 (talk) 05:23, 20 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Sorry to be negative, but the picture you have on the RT-PCR page is a bit misleading for young folks just learning this stuff. The RT Primer is fine. However, once you get to the PCR, your color coded primers do not agree with the convention that DNA is written 5' to 3' for the top (sense) strand. It would be more intuitive to have the reverse (yellow) primer as part of the bottom (antisense) strand and the forward (green) primer as part of the top (sense) strand.152.133.7.130 (talk) 13:37, 28 April 2014 (UTC)roofusReply

Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction/ALT

edit

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction/ALT, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 12:52, 27 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Jea. Probably, if you want to experiment with an alternative layout or something like that for an article, it would be better to do that under your user page (your sandbox, for instance) rather than as a subpage of the article. Klortho (talk) 13:56, 27 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
Oh okay. Haha. -- Jpark623 (talk) 00:44, 28 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
