Article for creation - "Job Embeddedness"

Dear Jr Mime,

You declined our article for creation, claiming that we must use inline citations (we used parenthetical citations in our submission). However, according to the Wikipedia article on inline citations (Wikipedia:Inline_citation, we are explicitly permitted to use parenthetical citations:

"On Wikipedia, inline citation means any method that allows the reader to associate a given bit of material in an article with the specific reliable source(s) that support it. The most common methods are numbered footnotes and parenthetical citations within the text, but other forms are also used on occasion."

Based on this, we believe that approval of our article is warranted.

Thank You,

Hi, I see you declined Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Cesar Balsa at AfC with the incoherent rationale "This page is not really good writed, and it needs some headers so we can find information." Would you like to consider this again? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 04:27, 11 November 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for doing the review .

Just wondering what other external sources besides newspapers, the local authority and the European Commission (the area is notable in that it is one of just eight areas in the entire European Union in the zecos eu programme ref is at http://www.zecos.eu/about/zecos-communities/ballynagran-ie/) would be necessary.

Would the outcome to date be much different if the article was entitled Ballynagran -Energy Plus Community.

The external source validating this (as just one of eight in the European Union in the zecos eu programme) is at http://www.zecos.eu/about/zecos-communities/ballynagran-ie/ other external sources are local newspapers and also the Local Authotity (Wicklow County Council at http://www.wicklow.ie/apps/wicklowbeta/News/BallynagranLiason.aspx) There is also confirmation from 2 local companies though that might not be allowed by wikipedia as it could be construed as advertising ???

Would you be so kind as to guide me as i see other areas in Wikipedia without as much valiidation ? I am confused though i must be going wrong somewhere Valuser (talk) 11:00, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
