Josh Goot proposed for deletion

Goot is probably notable enough to be article-worthy, but so many of the citations are to Wikipedia entries for the publications. What is needed instead are links to the specific articles in those publications. If you wish, you can revert the PROD and I will not try it again. But the article needs major repair.
