Use of non-free perennial event logos

edit

Hello. I saw with this (and other) edits that you added File:Big12BasketballChampionship.png to that article. Please be aware that per WP:NFC#UUI #14, the use of a non-free logo on instances of a perennial event is not supported. The logo exists in the parent article at Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament, where it is appropriate. I've removed this logo from the various Big 12 tournament articles. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 15:41, 25 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

College hoops yearly record template

edit

Howdy. I thought you'd like to know that I was frustrated with the same issue you brought up a while back on the college basketball yearly record template. I saw the comment you posted and how it got you nowhere. I posted a comment of my own that was more specific (as they asked), and I was given an opportunity to write the code to implement the change. The conference parameter in the yearly record end template now displays properly. You can see the result, for instance, at List of Texas Longhorns men's basketball seasons in which the data that already existed for the conference parameter now displays on the bottom line of the table. I think you pay attention to that page, so you may want to check to be sure the numbers are correct, since it's been a few years. Taxman1913 (talk) 04:51, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
