You would have a far better chance of being unblocked with an unblock request written in your own words, not with an LLM/chatbot/AI. Administrators need to know that you understand why you are blocked and that you understand how your conduct needs to change in the future, not whether a chatbot can spit out a superficially detailed unblock request. And you should read WP:NOLLM; there are only a few conditions under which LLMs can be used in editing on English Wikipedia.
