Proposed deletion of Neil Lazarus

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Neil Lazarus, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

unsourced, reads a bit like a brochure, notability needs to be established

Speedy deletion nomination of Neil Lazarus
