Your revert on Electrical_engineering

edit

Hi there, I noticed you reverted my revert on Electrical_engineering where a user replaced "Electrical_engineering" with "Dogs". I'm just curious if this was a mistake? Kind regards TheEpTic (talk) 12:51, 12 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Yes, sigh. That was a mistake. I didn't even realize I hAd done it. The 'rollback' button on mobile is really touchy. Not the first time it's done an unintentional rollback on me. KD5TVI (talk) 12:56, 12 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Haha no worries, just thought I'd double check with you! (You're lucky you didn't get a huggle warning ;]) ♥ TheEpTic (talk) 13:01, 12 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Quitman Independent School District, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Wood County (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Conversions to Cite Q

edit

Hi KD5TVI,

This edit seems to violate WP:CITEVAR and changes the |url= to make it harder for readers to find the specific cited passage (was to the actual page, now just to the front cover). And the date of the citation also changed ("1989"->"1 January 1990") contrary to the book itself. Also, is there some magic in {{percentage}} that is not obvious? Seems like needless overhead and less clear for future editors with no advantage for readers or editors. Sorry if this seems like a pile-on, but there's a lot of push-back from enwiki editors about use of wikidata, so it's important to make sure any switch to using it is squeeky-clean. Cannonball Motorcycle Record

I see you updated the Cannonball Motorcycle record. But you didn't provide a citation for the record, and upon a Google search, I could find no record of a Felix Hofmann breaking such record, or of any Felix Hofmann who is a "German professional motorcycle racer" at all.
