Conflict of interest and your username

I am not sure what I did wrong, I added all of them to the Disambiguation pages. My company is also called KJZ and I did not want any confusion. I did not mean to conflict or advertise in any way or form.

What you did was effectively an attempt to hijack an existing disambiguation page to be used for your company. What you did was add content that was decidedly not WP:NEUTRAL. Further, your request name "KJZ" still would not comply with our our username policy. If you do ask for a username that is not in conflict with our policy, what is it you intend on doing here? You obviously have a direct conflict of interest and shouldn't be editing articles relating to your company. So, what do you intend on doing? --Hammersoft (talk) 02:45, 19 March 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:

I still am confused on why I got off. My company is named KJZ and I wanted to add mine to the disambuguation page so that people searching and come across know that my company is also named KJZ. I am not trying to hijack the page, all I want to request is that my company is under the disambuguation page with the other things too. People keep asking me why this is on the page and I am genuinely just trying to fix it. I don't even need a long section on the page, just something to clarify when people search "KJZ". Thanks for your consideration.

It sounds like your purpose here is to promote your company, which is not what Wikipedia is here for. You will not be unblocked if that is the only thing you wish to do, and I would expect that for an unblock to be granted you would have to at least promise not to edit anything about your company in the future too. stwalkerster (talk) 19:20, 30 March 2024 (UTC)

Your SEO problems are not Wikipedia's concerns. Wikipedia is not a means of promotion. You don't use Wikipedia to promote your company and have it become well known enough to have an article here. It doesn't work like that. You develop your company sufficiently enough to draw the attention of reliable, secondary sources that are independent of you and then someone may write an article about your company, or you can have someone request such an article. Without those sources, there's nothing to go on but your assertion that your company is notable. So you leave us in a situation where you say your company is notable because you say your company is notable and thus it's notable. Sorry, that fails. Wikipedia isn't a business directory either. See also Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). Also, making sockpuppet accounts in an attempt to get around this block will not help your case. In fact, it will make things worse for you. I strongly suggest you comply with our site policies and guidelines if you want to make headway here.
