Merging
editSee WP:MERGE for the process. Basically you need to check on the talk pages of the two articles and start a discussion to see if others agree that the articles should be merged. There are templates then that allow readers of the articles to know a discussion is on-going. Once WP:CONSENSUS has been reached, then if the outcome is merge an admin will need to merge the article histories. Good luck. Aboutmovies (talk) 23:17, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
The article Futurex has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Sourced only with press releases. No indication of notability.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ronz (talk) 16:49, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of SSP7000
editYou may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
Thank you.
A tag has been placed on SSP7000, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of SSP7000 and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Ronz (talk) 17:02, 24 June 2010 (UTC)
Response - You deleted one and only functional description of financial transaction language. I am not going to recreate all this work to have a Wiki bureaucrat speedy delete it while I am not watching. This war on knowledge is rather sad to watch. KSinitski
Your recent edits
editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 13:35, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
Reverting multiple edits & my interactions with 50.128.184.140
editHi, KSinitski. Thanks for supporting me. If you are curious about how to do multiple reversions, I do it by using a tool called Twinkle, which you can activate under Preferences → Gadgets. As for the guy who posted the rants that I reverted, he seems to be a bona fide expert with a pretty impressive resume. Someone with his level of knowledge could be a very valuable contributor, but his dismissive attitude towards other editors, willful disregard of Wikipedia rules, and obvious deep-seated suspicion of the very purpose of Wikipedia may cause him to do more harm than good. We'll see how it turns out. Huntthetroll (talk) 16:42, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
