Proposed deletion of Starman (Starman and Three Friends)

The article Starman (Starman and Three Friends) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable character from a non-notable series. Nothing to redirect to.

Please do not attempt to publish something that is self-evidently not ready; most of the sections simply read 'TBA', and there isn't a single source cited. This has been declined several times at AfC, so it should have been quite obvious that it wasn't up to required standards.
