Selçuk Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II), Ayşe Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II), and the use of short form refs

edit

Hi Kamer2507. Whenever you use a short form reference, for instance {{sfn}} or {{harv}}, you are required to supply a full cite somewhere else in the article. Usually in a section titles Bibliography or Sources. Withouts these the references aren't valid, and could be replaced with {{citation needed}} tags. If you have any questions please just ask. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested transmissions °co-ords° 09:43, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

You'll also need to correct the same issue at Fatma Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II),Hatice Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II), Hundi Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II), and Hümaşah Sultan (daughter of Murad III). -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested transmissions °co-ords° 09:46, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hello! I will comply as soon as possible with what you tell me to add and I will also cite the name of the sources.
There is one thing I would like to ask you; User @Sira Aspera keeps undoing my edits. When I complained about that once on his Talk page, the User was stopped for a while, but soon continued as before.
When I create a wikipage, I always add sources to substantiate the informations I provide. However, User persistently enters a half-arranged text that apparently inputs text from the translator from the Italian language, and there are a lot of grammatical errors and shortcomings the same User doesn't see fit to arrange and put in order. In addition, he persistently inserts half-correct information, and never cites sources. The text the same User enter looks chaotic and extremely unorganized. Even when I put the sources, the same person persistently undoes it. That would be all I have to say about it. Is there a way to report it or stop it? The best (only) way to deal with your edits being undone is to discuss the matter with the other editor on the articles talk page. On general on Wikipedia it's on the editor wanting to add content to persuade other editors it should be included.
I always have the urge to just revert the rever, because obviously I'm right. But there are rules against edit warring, and you'll get in trouble. Working with other editors in a cordial manner, and believing that they do care about improving the article, will get you a lot further than trying to force the matter.
If you simply can't come to an agreement with the other editor you can look into the other content dispute options that Wikipedia has to offer (you can find them here.
I can't personally comment to much on the specific article, I generally fix technical errors so the subject is a bit beyond me. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested transmissions °co-ords° 14:36, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hümaşah Sultan (daughter of Murad III) moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Hümaşah Sultan (daughter of Murad III), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 13:23, 10 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
