I like the idea, have a couple minor suggestions.

• We tell new editors that all caps is shouting, so I'd like to avoid doing that here, even though, arguably, the point here is to shout. I'd prefer a slightly larger point size, but not all caps.
• I'd prefer a link to the specific feedback (as I think is implied), but not the first link to the RFF page. Here's my thinking: I've noticed, when reading an AfD notice, that it contains a link to the general AfD page, then a link to the specific submission. While I've cured myself of a bad habit, I used to accidentally click on the first link, thinking it was going to the specific submission. In the case of AfD, aimed primarily att relatively new editors, it makes sense to have both links, and the read may not even know what AfD means. However, this message is aimed at taggers, who typically have been around, and know, at least in general terms, about the RFF process, and are more interested in the specific feedback request. If they do want more general info, they know enough to scroll up to the talk of the page. Consequently, I suggest that the only link should be tot he specific feedback discussion. Alternatively, if we want both links, could we reword it so the first link goes tot he specific request, and the second to the main page?--SPhilbrickT 13:49, 3 October 2010 (UTC)
