Thanks for directing me to the infections disease info. As you will see from the article on Diarrhea some infectious diseases such as cholera result in diarrhea, however other non-infections diseases such as ulcerative collitis also result in diarrhea. Hence diarrhea is one possible symptom of a multitude of diseases. Best regards Nazli 14:09, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
