Reference errors

Hi Kateraz. I fixed some reference errors in your article on Health in Mali. If you want to add references which are purely text, you can do so by putting that text inside <ref> tags. The double braces you see around templates like {{Cite web}} tell the page to expect an existing template--those templates help format references for display and aren't part of the reference system itself. Let me know if you need a hand converting those references to template format; it really helps editors and readers searching for the source when they see the page in the future but doing so isn't urgent.
