Although I would say it is still a stub, my judgement isn't very important. I know nothing about the person in question and only came across it when browsing so I am of no help whatsoever. And I can't read German unfortunately. I'm not sure whether length of article depends just on whether the culture is interested in it, but also how well known it is in that culture.
