Kcl262527
Glad to see there is no trouble.
To create a sandbox, simply create a link using two square brackets on each side of the article name, like this: User:Kcl262527/Sandbox (have a look at the coding, click "edit this page" at the top). Other examples are United States, Kangaroo, Javelin - if there's an article under that name it will link blue, if not, it will link red (like your sandbox does). To create that page, click the link and choose to create the page on the page that appears. If this doesn't work feel free to tell me and I'll get that for you.
If you would like to move your article into the main article namespace (that is, an article rather than a sandbox), you can do so with the "move page" tab at the top of the page after your account gains "autoconfirmed status". I believe that is ten edits or four days, or perhaps the two together. I will help you in any case when it is time for that.
Good luck! GARDEN 21:38, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- Simply click on the red link I provided above, and that should allow you to create a sandbox at that page. GARDEN 21:52, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- Alright. Thanks for contributing - hope to see a good article in that sandbox soon! :) GARDEN 22:28, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, you could have simply made the article in the sandbox, not in the article space just yet, as it not ready. I'll move it back for you to work on, so that you can move it when you're finished. Thanks again. GARDEN 22:29, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- If you make the article in the article namespace it will be deleted pretty quickly as it is not ready. Please stick to the sandbox. Thanks. GARDEN 22:36, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- That seems to be ok. Be sure to make it as neutral as possible, though. GARDEN 22:43, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Welcome
editWelcome to Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means, and on Notability (organizations and companies) for more detail. Also, it must give independently verifiable sources. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted.
- For advice about creating articles, read the Introduction and the Guide to creating your first article.
- You should not write articles about yourself, your band, your client, your boss or your best friend - that's a conflict of interest.
- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an advertising service or business directory. Please read FAQ/Organizations before you write about your own product or organization.
- For experiments, please use the sandbox.
A tag has been placed on Epik Subwoofers, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}}
on the top of Epik Subwoofers and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. JohnCD (talk) 22:31, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
Notability of Epik Subwoofers
editA tag has been placed on Epik Subwoofers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. JohnCD (talk) 22:33, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Epik Subwoofers Logo.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Epik Subwoofers Logo.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Speedy deletion nomination of Epik Subwoofers
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Epik Subwoofers, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Orphaned non-free image File:Epik Subwoofers Logo.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Epik Subwoofers Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
