For this page, I would suggest better distinguishing the difference between M-CHAT and M-CHAT-R/F. Because the two screenings are different, some may be confused about which the page is talking about in particular. Although the difference between the screenings is addressed under 'Reliability and Validity', it seems in best interest to clarify the difference at the start of the page where M-CHAT is introduced. At the start of the page, something such as below could be included:
While the M-CHAT is one method of screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder, the M-CHAT-R/F is another method of screening for the ASD. Some of the changes to the M-CHAT-R/F include dropped items, language changed, and examples added for clarity. With these changes, the rate of detection of ASD was higher for the revised version of the M-CHAT. [1]
