Jewel move
editHi, and welcome! No offense, but I believe your recent move from Jewel (singer) to Jewel Kilcher may not sit well with some of the editors of that page, since this practice of naming articles is somewhat controversial. If you make similar moves in the future you may wish to first leave a note on the talk page for a while. Deco 05:13, 25 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- Yeah, I just moved it back. If you looked at the talk page, you'd see that we discussed it before. Always discuss moves before carrying them out unless it's obvious the article should be moved (such as in the case of misspellings). Jewel Kilcher is Jewel's full given name, but she goes simply by Jewel professionally. Peace :-)— Frecklefoot | Talk 18:44, Jan 25, 2005 (UTC)
Madonna
editWhy did you move Madonna to Madonna (disambiguation)? Wondering, -- Infrogmation 04:11, 25 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Since the most common use of Madonna is for the singer, I wanted to move Madonna (entertainer) to Madonna and Madonna to Madonna (disambiguation). --KelisFan2K5 17:29, 25 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Might there be a better name for this — something that identifies it as an error message in a specific OS rather than a universal symbol? Do you know what Apple called it officially? Gazpacho 01:29, 3 May 2005 (UTC)
- I don't know the official name of the Bomb symbol :( --KelisFan2K5 01:39, 3 May 2005 (UTC)
Are you really sure the Kristen font comes with Mac OS X? It's not on any of my macs here. See talk page, and [[1]]

Unreferenced BLPs
editHello KelisFan2K5! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 9 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Harold Lohner - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
