As these were not legitimate comments, they were therefore deleted. Valparaiso University School of Law is its own source as copyrighted by its webpage. Comments made by previous candidates or unhappy graduates are not reliable.KellyMarieKruger (talk) 16:14, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

I'm not assuming any ownership as I am the person responsible for this page. The "contributions" you speak of are not truthful or useful information and should not be submitted to begin with. Copyrighted information is protected as per Wikipedia. KellyMarieKruger (talk) 16:23, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

Please attempt to explain how being "the person responsible for this page" is different from ownership of the article in question. I strongly suspect you completely fail to understand the GFDL licensing under which all contributions to this encyclopedia are made. WuhWuzDat 16:28, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

Hello Kelly and welcome. I've reviewed your edits here, at the Valpo Law talk page, and at Cluebot's talk page. (FYI, ClueBot is an automated process, the ClueBot Commons talk page is for reporting problems with its operation, not for requesting content changes).

• First of all, be aware that Valpo Law does not control the content of our article. Wikipedia editors do, by writing in a neutral way, using reliable sources, and reaching consensus on what the article content should be. People connected with the institution are free to monitor for problems and make suggestions, we encourage it, but they don't have the final say.

• The page you blanked was the talk page used to discuss improvements to the article. There was no reason for you to remove comments of other editors just because you don't like them. Talk page posts not related to improving the article (such as vandalism or "this school sucks!!") can and will be removed, but until you get much more experience you probably shouldn't be the one removing them.

• The Valpo Law article is currently semi-protected so that only established editors can change it. This is due to severe edit warring by new editors trying to revert to a highly promotional version of the article. If that is the "older version" you refer to in your message to ClueBot, I'd strongly advise you to not try reverting to it again.

• Given your apparent COI, I'd encourage you to only edit the article talk page and let other editors handle actual changes to the article. If you see inaccuracies in the article, please point them out. If portions of the article violate copyrights of Valpo Law (e.g. by duplicating material on your website), let us know and they will be removed immediately. If you have ideas for improving the article, put them out there for discussion and please include sources that support your suggestion. We'll let you know if the sources are adequate. For instance, I just filled in sources to support the wording in the Alumni section, it took a while but wasn't that hard.[1]

• And please remember, we are not here to tell people why they should choose Valpo over some other law school, nor to use flowery or promotional prose to describe things. We are here to describe what Valpo Law is.
