Request reason:

Well first of all I didnt do something which is illegitimate to worth this blocking ,second of all I know my draft looks like fake but it isn't he will release music album maybe at Spring or Summer on ITunes and at the other digital disturbings and some music videos on Vevo.com but I really don't know if these sources are good enough for this Kgan24 (talk) 22:09, 7 February 2018 (UTC)

Request reason:

The thing is you don't search any further than just the IP wich can't proves something else than Constantine was oppened that account or because the usernames are similar but the persons are different. You believe ONLY what it seems not what the real thing is...which is VERY wrong!

An ordinary admin cannot access an editors IP; nor do I need to. The account Kgan23 attempted to edit the Constantine Ganosis article, or a similar one about his discography, on multiple occasions in September to December 2017. That user was blocked in December, and user:Kgan24 was created in January and has attempted to insert exactly the same articles, also on multiple occasions. Given the editing history, the timing and the closely similar name it does not take a genius to deduce that you are both the same person.
