editHi Khocon ,
The Wikipedia Asian Month will begin in less than an hours, and once again, thank you for signing up! Let's help the world know more about Asia! Below are a few reminders for you:
- Please check out the rules here. Some rules have been adjusted—the most important being that on the English Wikipedia, stubs may be expanded with some limitations.
- Do take the time to read the Q&A if you have any questions, or ask on the talk page.
- The list of participants has been alphabetized so you can more easily find your name and report your contributions.
- There is a template that you can use on your user page. {{Template:User Asian Month}}
Enjoy the Wikipedia Asian Month :) --AddisWang (talk)

Paid editing
editHi. Back when you were unblocked, you committed to meet the current Terms of Use by always disclosing paid editing jobs in the future. I see that you recently created Joshua Aaron, which is clearly paid editing. I do not wish to block your account, but if you do not abide by your commitment to disclose paid work I will need to reapply the block that was lifted. Can you make sure to disclose this article and your client, and to do so in all future cases of paid editing. - Bilby (talk) 00:58, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, i can make sure. Thanks Bilby.--Khocon (talk) 04:10, 9 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Sockpuppet investigation
editHi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Khocon, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Pat Divilly, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Irish. December 2015
editIt appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on a biased choice of users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/James Stunt (3rd nomination). While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Thank you. edit{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Bilby (talk) 02:24, 6 April 2016 (UTC)Hi Khocon. Unfortunately, you don't appear to have met the terms of your unblock some months ago, and thus I am reimposing the three month block that was originally placed. In spite of reminders and your promise to abide by the disclosure requirements, it is clear that you have continued to engage in undisclosed paid editing. While I would have much preferred to have seen you disclose your conflicts of interest and continue to edit, the ongoing lack of disclosure remains an issue. - Bilby (talk) 02:27, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
- Bilby, I did disclosed some of my works.Not my all edit contributions are paid. For some works i never get paid. I did not spams or participated in any kind of Edit war. I admit, i never updated my COI list. Please sir, unblock me.
- I'm trying to learn and follow Wikipedia guidelines. I'm not an expert. I would like to learn. Requesting you to unblock me. Next time, i'll update my COI list regularly. Khocon (talk) 03:23, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
- I wish things had worked out differently. But you had eight months to start disclosing paid editing, per the agreement, and you only managed it without prompting once. At some point we need to make a call about whether or not you are going to abide by the Terms of Use. It seems that eight months is long enough to make that determination. - Bilby (talk) 23:00, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
- BilbyI'll abide by the rules. I repeat, please unblock me sire. Give me another chance. Let me update my list. --Khocon (talk) 06:41, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, but you were given another chance when you were unblocked eight months ago. I have only reinstated the original block, though - thus it is only a 3 month block, not indefinite. - Bilby (talk) 23:34, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
- Bilby how am i gonna survive? I'm a student. Wikipedia is my part time job. I contributed on many pages. It's upto you sire. --Khocon (talk) 06:26, 9 April 2016 (UTC)
- You are always welcome to ask for an independent review of the block - the instructions are above. If someone decides to unblock you that's their call, and I won't oppose it. But again, you were given eight months to demonstrate that you could abide by your agreement, and didn't. - Bilby (talk) 15:23, 9 April 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
I disclosed some of my works which were paid editing. Please tell me is paid editing forbidden? Khocon (talk) 07:19, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You already know the rules on paid editing, because you agreed to them the last time you were unblocked - and then repeatedly failed to follow them. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:09, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Just as an additional observation, on your user page you do state that you are paid to edit. You also list some articles you created, and you list some articles where you have a conflict of interest. But you do not actually say which articles you were paid to edit and who paid you, and you do not identify the clients.
You have already been shown Template:Connected contributor (paid), which clearly says "The Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use require that editors disclose their "employer, client, and affiliation" with respect to any paid contribution; see Paid-contribution disclosure."
The Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure page explains in more detail, and there's an example at Talk:Assurant showing how that template is used.
There is also an example of an acceptable declaration of paid editing at User:FacultiesIntact where the editor says "I also do paid work on Wikipedia, and will declare projects on which I have COI to the right. I'm contracted by StellaResults, a small consulting firm." and then has a table of articles they were paid to edit and names each client they were edited for.
The Wikimedia Foundation takes paid editing very seriously, and editors don't get many chances to come back from failure to disclose. In this case I think you are fortunate that Bilby only reimposed a three-month block, especially as you have ignored reminders even after you were released from your previous block. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:46, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
- Just a quick note - I've had to reset this for another three months due to recent block evasion. - Bilby (talk) 02:40, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of ExpoMarketing
editThe article ExpoMarketing has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails WP:ORG. The citations that look to be to reliable sources are actually press releases. Plenty of ghits, but I'm not seeing sufficient coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 14:33, 14 May 2016 (UTC)
Nomination of ExpoMarketing for deletion
editA discussion is taking place as to whether the article ExpoMarketing is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 15:55, 20 May 2016 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Khocon. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Widefox; talk 14:24, 17 November 2016 (UTC)

editThis is your only warning; if you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. not disclosing per WP:COI / WP:PAID .
