Template Categories
editPlease do not copy userboxes to your userpage, but rather use {{ and }} to transclude the userboxes onto your page, I am going to take your page out of the template categories that you put your page in when you copied the userboxes, no biggy. -Sox207 20:59, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- There, without deleting a single userbox I transcluded all of them, taking your page out of a high number of template categories. -Sox207 23:24, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- Ok, so when you copied userboxes onto your page you miscategorized it, you should always transclude, i.e. use {{User userboxexample}} the two brackets. Basically I made your page look a hella of a lot nicer at the same time fixing it by taking it out of bad categories. So if you want to add userboxes to your page always always always use brackets. -Sox207 16:47, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of You don't see me
A tag has been placed on You don't see me requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ~Matticus UC 09:25, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
hi
Hi. I found you in categories of users who can contribute in English and Portuguese. I myself am a native speaker of English, but I'm well on my way to learning Portuguese. Just check out my user page and talk page, and join in any of the discussions. To keep updated, you can even put a watch on my user page, which will automatically watch my talk page. :-) learnportuguese (talk) 21:38, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Template:Khullah Banker
A tag has been placed on Template:Khullah Banker requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.
If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{tranclusionless}}</noinclude>
).
Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 03:16, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Archetype
editHi, I deleted this article because
- it did not provide independent verifiable sources that it meets the notability guidelines.
- It was written like an advertisement
- It was unencyclopaedic in style "our" etc
- It was a copyright violation from here
- If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on the article talk page.
- Alternatively, you may create a note on your web page releasing the work under the GFDL and then leave a note at the article talk page with a link to the web page details.
- Otherwise, you are encouraged to rewrite this article in your own words to avoid any copyright infringement. After you do so, you should place a {{hangon}} tag on the article page and leave a note at the article talk page saying you have done so. An administrator will review the new content before taking action.
You can recreate the article at any time, but if it keeps failing to meet the criteria, the page will be permanently blocked. jimfbleak (talk) 05:33, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Heishe
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article Heishe, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Disambiguation link notification for July 10
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Black Utopia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tony Franklin (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:01, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
editHello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Khullah. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Khullah~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
