Need help

Hello I am an old user of Wikipedia but never created a Wikipedia account and created a page until yesterday.i have created a page yesterday. But could not see it on wikipedia. It s only visible in my contributions section. Another problem is how can i add title and advanced feature to my topic Khushjsbrar (talk) 12:29, 26 April 2018 (UTC)
