Question: the existing Alex_McLean page redirects to Alec_McLean. I'm working on a new page for a person named "Alex McLean". Should the existing Alex_McLean redirect page be changed to the content of my new page for Alex McLean, or should the redirect page be changed to a disambiguation page?

Here's the existing redirect page: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alex_McLean&redirect=no

And here is the new page I am authoring: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kindohm/Alex_McLean

Kindohm, after you submit your draft for review (add {{subst:submit}} at the top of the page when you feel it is ready) the reviewer will decide the best way to proceed. My initial thoughts after a quick skim would be to put it at Alex McLean and add a Hatnote to Alec McLean. If you want more help, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 16:20, 10 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
