Thank You!

edit

I dream of horses Thanks for your welcome! I made my first wikipedia page something like 15 years ago, but at the time my changes/additions were rejected, so I'm glad I'm finally getting the hang of it now :-)

I'm currently working towards fulfilling the required 4-day / 10 wiki-edit minimums so that I might be able to add my own Wikipedia page with an image to go along with it. At the moment I'm just noticing some small things on various pages that I think are worth contributing, however if there are additional tips or things I should be mindful of, I'd love to hear them!

Also, the page I'm hoping to add is *here and any suggestions you might have so that it doesn't get flat-out denied would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

(hopefully i did this right :-0)

Conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, KingWikizilla. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the COI guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.  Velella  Velella Talk   18:38, 1 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
