I reverted your change, it seemed WP:UNDUE. A statement that "116 countries and 28n international organizations...", and then an addition with details about a single organization seems undue emphasis in this article. Perhaps you can find somewhere in Humanitarian response to the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami where this would fit? Tarl N. (discuss) 17:40, 14 June 2019 (UTC)
