Here's how I created the list:

  • Fire up AWB
  • On the "List" menu, ensure "Keep alphabetized" is ticked
  • On the "List" menu, ensure "Remove non-main space" is not ticked
  • In the list area at the bottom left, select "What transcludes page (all namespaces)" as the "Source"
  • In the box just under the "Source", type Template:Arab-Israeli Arbitration Enforcement
  • Press "Make list" - the list box is now full of article talk pages plus a sprinkling of oddments
  • On the "List" menu, select "Convert from talk pages"
  • On the "List" menu, select "Remove non-main space" to remove the oddments
  • On the "List" menu, select "Save list..."
  • Choose a file name, ensure the selected format is "Text file with wiki markup", and save
  • Open the file in a text editor; each line has the form # [[:Article name]]
  • Global search and replace [[: to {{la2| and ]] to }}
  • Copy and paste from the text editor into the Wikipedia edit window

This procedure should work until the number of articles hits a built-in limit, I think 5000. -- John of Reading (talk) 17:24, 20 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
