Nexus War

Hey, thanks for adding the screencap to the Nexus War article. Any chance I could convince you to swap it for one that has other players on the map (and perhaps interacting with them)? No big deal, of course, I just feel that seeing other players will better convey the "MMO" aspect of the game. If you don't have the chance to do so, I can try to do so myself. The new screenshot looks great, thanks. I don't think we need to see characters on every square; I just wanted to be able to see some potential interaction. For instance, the fact that you can see the option to "Attack Con Carne" really helps to convey the interaction with other players. -- grummerx 16:45, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

Hmm... If the other appearance wasn't noteworthy, than this one certainly won't be. Unless Nexus War somehow gets a full article in a gaming magazine somewhere in the next two weeks, I don't think the article can be saved at all. I may just have to save the current content and re-install it when the game receives more coverage. -- Kirby1024 15:29, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

The reference in Custom PC is indeed notable, but we'll need more than just that one article to justify recreating the article. If The Escapist had made more than just a minor mention things would probably be good, but the passing mention they give it is sadly too trivial to count towards WP:WEB. --grummerx 10:32, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

Not sure if you are still active here but with Nexus War 2.0 out now might be the ideal time to keep an eye out for resources. I see you have a previous copy in your Scratchpad and if sources emerge we could update it and see how it looks. It has been through 3 AfDs so you'd want to make sure it is solid before trying again.
