Hello. I am hoping you are having a good day/night. I am a bit confused why you removed the towns, cities, and Unincorporated Communities I had added to the Coryell and McLennan County pages. I gained that information either through looking at Google Maps or me just knowing about them myself. Was it just I need to cite Google Maps or something? The information wes removed because the information you put was unsourced, meaning it did not cite any external links/sources. If you were in fact to cite Google Maps as where you obtained your information from, that may or may not be a reliable source and verifiable (requiring inline citations), and could be challenged by other editors as to whether or not Google Maps is accurate. The information also cannot be sourced from your own knowledge, as another core policy of Wikipedia is no original research, meaning article content cannot be from users and must be adequately cited using reliable sources. You may to need to find a different source which to attribute your information to, primarily one which is reliable, verifiable, and published, and that again follow the policy of no original research, such as a database listing the towns, cities, and unincorporated communities in those counties. Be sure to read the links User:Magnolia677 gave above and review the Wikipedia core guidlines and policies. Happy editing! Purplemountainmantalk contribs 22:50, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Also, a good source for information about US places is GNIS. Cheers to both of you. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:57, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
