  Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Royal Proclamation of 1763. No problem, but you removed the [citation needed], and I know to say that it doesn't apply in the US is a fallacy, since it does apply. The US is a successor state to GB. I would suggest that you read up on it as I have.
