Hi there, understood that this may seem biased, thank you for the feedback. Will iterate. Not my intention for advertising. Klatchseo (talk) 18:15, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

I disagree about your intention. You are an SEO company seeking to use Wikipedia for your commercial gain 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 18:33, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

That would mean that all motivational speaker Wikipedia pages, are created for commercial gain.

This was simply to add Caspar as a entity on Wikipedia, as he is a thought leader and in my opinion users could benefit from finding out about him on Wikipedia. There is no SEO gain here as all links are nofollow, as you’re aware.

If I was trying to get commercial gain, or “game” Wikipedia I wouldn’t have been honest about my website and Wikipedia handle “klatchseo”, as that would be a bit obvious.

Caspar reached out to me to create a Wikipedia as he was being quoted $600 to create one through an external service called thewikigurus.com - if anyone is after commercial gain, it’s those guys.

Please may you reconsider my submission and I will adhere to the quality guidelines a second time round. My apologies. Charlie. Klatchseo (talk) 18:39, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please see WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS. Wikipedia has many thousands of poor articles. Your two self serving drafts have been dealt with and you have been blocked. I doubt this has helped Caspar Craven's chances of getting an article, either, though why anyone would want an article isn them here is beyond me. Please take note of WP:PRPEOPLE. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 18:54, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Noted, I have just read WP:PRPEOPLE. Sorry if I wasted your time. Klatchseo (talk) 18:59, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

It was not at all a waste of time. Wikipedia is an amateur project which tolerates paid editors, but sets rules for them. It is never a waste of time to find a new person who wishes to pay for their profile to be here. It is not a place for advertising ones presence, or wares, something you did in your now deleted sandbox for your own company. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 19:07, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello Klatchseo. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Klatchseo. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Klatchseo|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 17:55, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:Klatchseo/sandbox

edit

A tag has been placed on your user page, User:Klatchseo/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be advertising which only promotes or publicises someone or something. Promotional editing of any kind is not permitted, whether it be promotion of a person, company, product, group, service, belief, or anything else. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 17:56, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:12, 23 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Caspar Craven (Motivational Speaker), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion".
