editHello, I'm DVdm. Your recent edit to Double-slit experiment appears to have added incorrect information, so I removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DVdm (talk) 22:27, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
Please do not attack other editors, as you did at User talk:Constant314. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 00:47, 12 November 2020 (UTC)

editPlease do not remove the targets of redirect pages as you did at Klein-Gordan equation. Redirects exist to help readers find the articles they're looking for, and removing the target makes the page useless.
I looked at your contributions out of curiosity, and saw that you've been marking all of your edits to articles, and many of your edits to talk pages as minor. Minor edits are changes such as fixing a grammatical error, adding a wikilink, or formatting a reference without adding new information. Examples of edits which should not have been tagged as minor include this edit to Nuclear force, this one to Erwin Schrödinger, and this change to population inversion, as well as most of the individual edits to Talk:Capacitor on 24 February]. Please review WP:MINOR and only mark your edits as minor if they truly are. Thank you. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 21:22, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
Hello, I'm EN-Jungwon. I noticed that you made a comment on the page User talk:BlackcurrantTea that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. EN-Jungwon 08:25, 7 April 2021 (UTC)

editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Thermal energy, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history, as well as helping prevent edit conflicts. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.
It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Ttwaring (talk) 21:47, 4 June 2021 (UTC)

editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you.
Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Metric tensor. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Even though you reverted your own comments, you should not have posted them in the first place, because editors can see them. — Anita5192 (talk) 03:15, 30 August 2021 (UTC)

editPlease do not add or change content, as you did at Einstein field equations, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 23:13, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Einstein field equations, you may be blocked from editing. - DVdm (talk) 12:58, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Einstein field equations. - DVdm (talk) 16:44, 15 September 2021 (UTC)

editDisambiguation link notification for December 8
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Quartic interaction, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Complex. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:06, 8 December 2021 (UTC)
Preview, consolidate, summarize
editHello- Below are a few editing suggestions to make it easier for you and others to collaborate on the encyclopedia. Please preview, consolidate, and summarize your edits:
- Try to consolidate your edits, at least at the section level, to avoid cluttering the page's edit history; this makes it easier for your fellow editors to understand your intentions, and makes it easier for those monitoring activity on the article.
- The show preview button (beside the "publish changes" button) is helpful for this; use it to view your changes incrementally before finally saving the page once you're satisfied with your edits.
- Please remember to explain each edit with an edit summary (box above the "publish changes" button).
Thanks in advance for considering these suggestions. Eric talk 05:02, 2 January 2022 (UTC)

editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Double-slit experiment, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. - DVdm (talk) 10:40, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
Note regarding [2]: "For example, if two slits are separated by 0.5 mm. (d), and are illuminated with a 0.6 μm. wavelength laser (λ), then at a distance of 1 m. (z), the spacing of the fringes will be 1.2 mm." Periods for mm, μm and m? Really? - DVdm (talk) 10:48, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make disruptive edits to Wikipedia contrary to the Manual of Style, as you did at Double-slit experiment.
Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Double-slit experiment. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people.
Note regarding [3]: please do have a look at all the examples in the articles mm, μm and m. Do you see any of these units as abbreviations with periods as you added them here, called me an "IDIOT" in your edit summary? - DVdm (talk) 14:25, 5 January 2022 (UTC)

. Girth Summit (blether) 23:10, 6 January 2022 (UTC)- I'll add that, if you call anyone an idiot again, you next block will very likely be indefinite. WP:CIV is policy. Girth Summit (blether) 23:11, 6 January 2022 (UTC)

. Girth Summit (blether) 11:04, 15 January 2022 (UTC)- I've only blocked you from editing article space - you can still edit talk pages, and you can explain yourself at the AN thread if you would like to. You simply can't keep edit warring just because you are confident that you are right. If you start doing this again when the block expires, the next one will most likely be indefinite. Girth Summit (blether) 11:07, 15 January 2022 (UTC)

. Girth Summit (blether) 09:27, 17 January 2022 (UTC)- Hey - I just mentioned your case at WP:AN. You're obviously unable to contribute there, but I am required by policy to let you know. The offer still stands - if you commit to abide by the WP:NPA policy, you could be unblocked immediately. Best wishes. Girth Summit (blether) 22:48, 1 October 2023 (UTC)
