I think you're headed towards a good structure. It's clear to have a heading indicating it's the draft something I didn't think to do. I think you have a lot of great bulletin points on how you plan to structure your article. It looks like you have a better idea of what things you want to write about and the draft so far sounds good and seems to sound neutral as well.
