Kooky2
I see no one has welcomed you yet to wikipedia. Welcome, you may want to read about the five pillars of wikipedia and look through some policies for information. IRWolfie- (talk) 21:57, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
Thanks - there's plenty to learn here. Kooky2 (talk) 23:25, 12 October 2012 (UTC)
Doing citations cleanly
editTake a look at WP:CITE for info on how to cite things. I especially recommend using the templates such as {{cite book}} and {{cite article}}. Yworo (talk) 18:25, 18 October 2012 (UTC)
Consensus
editIf you have recently made changes to an article and they are reverted, the onus is on you to get the WP:CONSENSUS on the talk page to make those edits. Do not revert your additions. Instead, justify them on the talk page and get consensus from a discussion. IRWolfie- (talk) 12:53, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
- There was no reversion. Three reliable sources had been deleted. If you don't like the sources, you should discuss on the talk page. Kooky2 (talk) 12:58, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
- They can't be reliable sources for the material if they don't support the material that they are being cited for. Don't re-insert references that don't verify content, verify yourself first whether they support the content or not. Then discuss it. This is also a BLP, look at Wikipedia:BLP#Restoring deleted content, look at the issues surrounding it. The burden is on you to demonstrate that the sources support the material. IRWolfie- (talk) 13:04, 21 October 2012 (UTC)
- Go to the article talk page if you want to discuss this. Kooky2 (talk) 13:15, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi there,
Just a note as I put on the page linked above, if you could refrain from engaging with IRWolfie in what is fast becoming a thoroughly uncivil and rude conversation, and just make points regarding your arguments about the AfD, I think that would be best for everyone. The closing admin won't care about any supposed agendas (from you, from him, from Santa, whoever), so I think disengaging is probably for the best. - Thanks, Panyd - point taken - no excuses here. I will try to be more civil. Kooky2 (talk) 14:56, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for July 14
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Zane B. Stein, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page PA (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Strong suggestion
editHey,
I know I left a note here earlier, but given the heightened tensions on the Zane AfD and the accusations from IRWolfie that you are following them, I think going through Dispute Resolution would be a very good idea. Alternatively, I could set up a space in my User Space so you can discuss personal issues there but my skills as a moderator may well be lacking.
What do you think? PanydThe muffin is not subtle 11:48, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks Panyd. I am happy to discuss this anywhere. My only limitation is that I am not a WP editor on a full time basis so if my responses are slow it is a case of trying to fit it into my schedule. Kooky2 (talk) 13:34, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
