Block of ISP at Spanish wikipedia

edit

Hi there, could you please unblock arcor at the Spanish wikipedia? It is a complete overkill to block all users of one of the most important ISPs of a region where the language is spoken that has the second largest wikipedia version. Añoranza 23:28, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Masada map

edit

Hi Kordas, I would like to congradulate you on the fine work you did with the Masada map. I've just added it to the English wiki Masada page. I do believe however, that you've made one mistake though. The location labelled as 28 is not the commandant's residence, but rather what is known as the "grand residence". the commandants residence is located slightly below and to the left, above where you placed the entrance into the northern palace complex. See the official Masade pamphlet to see what I mean. You've located 28 over where the pamphlet places 3, when it should have been 4. Excellent work nevertheless! Poliocretes (talk) 21:45, 29 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

You know, you could just move 28 to the right spot, or even simply change the labelling ... Poliocretes (talk) 22:58, 29 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Kordas, you'll see I've become quite active here, but with uncertain results (yet another arbitration case). On the other hand, I see you're an active graphic designer :-) May I ask you some help with a very easy picture? Thanks anyway --Ecemaml (talk) 10:01, 20 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Re: Amos Yarkoni

edit

Hi Kordas! I will have a look around, but in the meantime I have asked AWN2 about the image. If it was taken in 1959 or before (highly likely), then it is already in the public domain. Cheers, Ynhockey (Talk) 15:23, 30 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hi Kordas! I am pretty sure the picture at [2] would have been taken before 1959... he looks pretty young there... but I cannot say for sure :( Cheers, AWN2 (talk) 09:47, 6 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Re: Masada

edit

Hi again! I didn't receive an answer myself about Yarkoni and therefore did not get back to you. Regarding Masada, I really wouldn't know. I assume that some units swear in there (these things rarely change), but don't know where to find a source. Cheers for working on the article. —Ynhockey (Talk) 10:29, 26 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Criteria for cities

edit

Hi Kordas, fist my apologiy for the comment. I am sorry to say but your are mistaking because the criteria is: "Capital cities of sovereign countries and major cities (municipalities) with populations larger than 200,000 people bordering the Mediterranean Sea". That means that the criteria has nothing to do with "sovereign countries" but is all about "cities". The words sovereign countries are reffered to "Capital cities" (again, cities not countries) and Gaza City fits all criteria for "major cities (municipalities) with populations larger than 200,000 people". Greetings!--Sal73x (talk) 01:01, 21 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Anti-Israel POV and vandalism

This important information was removed from an article by Pluto2012, despite he is the only one who inserted repeated information about territorial and demographic changes. Perhaps you could restore the missing content and finish this nonsense. Thanks.--24.232.143.43 (talk) 00:41, 4 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
