Thank you for you suggestions.

I was not aware of unreliability of Times of India, but it was only used to reference the position he held in National Library - since there are other redundant sources to validate that, i can remove the ones from ToI. Thank you for bringing into notice, i will add sources from Indian Express which would be more reputable.

Regarding notability, would like your advice on it - there are quite a few sources which do not have a online reference, most are as physical regional newspapers (which are not listed in the reliable sources). they have a significant readership here, but would it count as significant or noteworthy?

also, if you have any other suggestions, please do let me know, would be happy to make it more aligned. Also, this is helping me learn more of wikipedia's principles in the process too.
