Hi there, please note that you are not welcome to edit at Wikipedia for any reason until you resolve the block that is on the original account you used. This means you will need to convince a reviewing administrator that you understand what you were blocked for, and that you won't continue the problematic behavior. However, given that you're still engaging in sockpuppetry, the only option available to you is the standard offer, which would require you to disappear for six months without engaging in sockpuppetry before requesting an unblock from that account. Note that while your block is active, any editor can revert you indiscriminately, even if your edit is actually constructive. The community has little tolerance for people who evade community blocks, such that we don't care whether you are being constructive or not, we will revert your changes.
