July 2019

edit

Hello. Your recent edit to Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Added A notable Person

edit

Dear Sir/Mam

I have added a most respected social activist in the page. Rishabh Singh is a great social activist & a most famous person than any politician. Kumkum0699 (talk) 02:04, 1 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

In order to be listed in notable people sections, subjects should generally have an existing article. Articles need to be sourced to independent, reliable sources that discuss the subject (and not just a passing mention). WP:1st give really good advice if you're thinking about writing an article. Cheers! Apparition11 Complaints/Mistakes 02:12, 1 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
