DOY entries
editYour additions to DOY are generally of good quality, but can you please go back and replace the dash character you put between the year and the person's name with – as per WP:DOYSTYLE? Thanks, Kiwipete (talk) 07:27, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
- The other thing to notice is that entries for the same year go in alphabetical order, by last name, not by first name. Thanks again, Kiwipete (talk) 07:35, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
- Apologies. My friend told me to use visual editing and I didn't realise my alt-coded en dash wasn't registering the same as the one in source editing. I'll source edit every single one that I visual edited.
- And thank you for the pointer re: alphabetisation. To be honest with you though, it should say alphabetical by last name in the information on every day of the year. I've noticed that many of them don't even tell you to list them in any specific order. Kxcii (talk) 14:10, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
- I'm really glad to see that you've resolved those issues, and in a very timely manner. You can find quite a bit more information about DOY articles at the project page. If you have more questions or comments, could I ask you to make them there? You'll get the attention of a wider audience that just me :) Thanks, Kiwipete (talk) 07:24, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
