The timing of the account creation (mere seconds after the second revert of that user's edits), the nature/stylistic subtleties of the response you provided to his/her comment on Talk:Los Angeles, California, and the similar disregard to reach consensus before making the exact same edit to the article is too much to be a coincidence.
