I have reverted all the edits you made today, because you added the information without providing reliable sources. If you can find sources to support the claims that you made then the information can be re-added, but I Googled at least one of the subjects you edited in relation to this matter and could find nothing to support your claims. Dear This is Paul the information which I osted about Kevin Stewart was supported by a reference to a speech by him in the Scottish Parliament, and I included a link which could be used to find it. So I think you should perhaps have looked more carefully at that one before removing it. Likewise the information about Jackie Kay was supported by an interview with her in the Guardian, and I included a link to that interview, so I think you should have looked at that more carefully before removing it. --LGBTI Pride Scotland (talk) 06:01, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
- But you didn't add sources for the additions you made to Kezia Dugdale or Karen Dunbar, and consequently I probably didn't look as closely at the others as I should have done. Just to let you know though, that if you want this information to be added the onus is on you to provide good quality references supporting the claim, especially when it concerns something controversial such as a person's sexuality. The only source I can find discussing Dugdale in this context is an online discussion forum, which is no good for Wikipedia. This is Paul (talk) 13:53, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
Oh yes well fair enough. I did hear that Dugdale's sexual orientation was mentioned indirectly in the Telegraph in a comment about there being three gay party leaders, but I can't find that on there now, so I guess I'll leave it until/unless there is something I can cite.
