I am also writing this out here in case you don't see my comment. Stop re-submitting this repeatedly without meaningful change and stop removing the comments and decline notices. This is not acceptable behavior and your disclosure does not mean you are free to do as you please, it means that you won't be blocked immediately for a WP:TOU violation. With that being said, I strongly advise you read relevant policies and guidelines related to editing before you find yourself blocked for disruption and promotional editing. The reason left by DoubleGrazing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Maybe going out on a limb here, but I have not been able to establish notability, or largely even verify the contents, based on the sources cited. There is also a substantial copyvio in the first section. For these reasons, as well as the repeated number of prior declines and draftifications, I'm rejecting this and moving for speedy. Reviewing admin(s) should feel free to slap me if I'm overstepping the mark.
