Targetprocess PM tool page rejection.

Hi Leo,

Can you clarify why https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Mdubakov/TargetProcess#Request_review_at_WP:AFC page was rejected? It is very similar to dozen of other PM tools pages. Thanks for reviewing my new page on the poet Sarah Arvio. I have a couple small edits I would like to make deleting three lines.
