editYour recent editing history at RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars (season 2) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. editI've see you've been warned in the past for edit-warring Your edits at RuPaul's Drag Race (season 9) adding purported civilian names for contestants, without footnoting any citations whatsoever and in fact even removing citations, are a bright-line violation of the policy at WP:BLP. We cannot make uncited claims about living people's personal lives without reliable-source [{WP:CITE|citations]]. A discussion has begun on the article's talk page, and per WP:BRD I would ask that you follow protocol and engaged in discussion. Admins take a very dim view of WP:BLP violations --Tenebrae (talk) 16:01, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
- I appreciate your attempt at adding citations. I think it's important that you read the policy at WP:RS for some grounding on what is a reliable source. Wikipedia, for good reasons, doesn't allow wikia, including itself, to be used as reference citations. It also disallows self-published non-journalistic sites such as fan sites and "journalistic" sites without professional staff.
- If the information is true, it will appear in reliable journalistic/academic sources. Otherwise, all we're doing is spreading rumors that may or may not be true. I know this seems frustrating, but an encyclopedia requires a high standard ... and for Wikipedia, this is especially so when making private-life claims about living people. --Tenebrae (talk) 23:01, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:Vlada Roslyakova, John Galliano Spring-Summer 2008.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Majora (talk) 22:54, 4 April 2017 (UTC)
RuPaul's Drag Race
editPlease stop adding HIGH and LOW to the contestant tables on RuPaul's Drag Race. It is against wiki policy. If you wish to voice your opinion about the blue/pink colours then please head on over to the discussion on the season 9 talk page. Leave the tables alone as previously asked until the discussion is concluded. Brocicle (talk) 09:42, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
Neutral notice
editThis is a neutral notice to all registered editors at RuPaul's Drag Race and Talk:RuPaul's Drag Race this year (2017) that an RfC on sourcing and citing has begun at Talk:RuPaul's Drag Race#Request for comment. --Tenebrae (talk) 14:15, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
