Leeloo Dallas Multipass!

Sorry, I just had to say that before someone else beat me to it! Anyway, I noticed your suggestion over at Talk:The Fifth Element, and wondered if perhaps you've come across any references which would help back up parts of "The Divine Language" section. For instance, this line: ""Leeloominaï" is the only word in her name that appears in Luc Besson's published dictionary" - was there ever actually a dictionary, and is it still available? If there's no such thing or nobody can get their hands on a copy of it, this sentence should go. I figured you'd be the person to ask after I read your user page :P SMC (talk) 06:13, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Fifth Element

edit

Hi Leeloo. I'm the guy who initiated and completed the upgrade of the article The Fifth Element to good article status. My next project on wikipedia is to upgrade it to a featured article. In order to do this I need to, in particular, greatly expand the "Themes" section of the article. Herein lies my problem; I can't find much referenced information on themes in the film. I noticed on the talk page you refer to the book "The Story of The Fifth Element", Luc Besson, 1997. I was wondering, do you have a copy of the book? And if so, can you confirm whether or not the book explore any themes in the film? I ask as the cheapest i've found that book for sale is $300 [1] and I am not willing to spend that much money on a book if it doesn't even contain the information I am after. I hope you can help me with this information so I can upgrade this article; my goal is to have it featured on the wikipedia main page as the featured article of the day. It's my favourite film as well :). Freikorp (talk) 01:45, 15 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

I understand you probably don't log into wikipedia very often. If you should happen to get this message before the article is upgraded to featured status, please leave your response on my talk page. Also even if you don't get this message till after the article is upgraded, if you do have a copy of "The Story of The Fifth Element", can you let me know which page number states the budget was $90 million? So that I can use the information as a reference for the article. Thanks. Freikorp (talk) 11:26, 8 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
