Enterprise Architect (software) userfied
editSorry about the confusion with that. I'm travelling tomorrow and had various loose ends to tie up last night so didn't get around to handling your request with any particular degree of responsiveness. I've now userfied the page at User:Legattst/Enterprise Architect (software). Feel free to make any modifications you need to make it more compliant with reliable sources and other core Wikipedia policies. You might want to work with the people at WikiProject Software to improve the article. Once you think it's good to go into article-space, you may want to then push it through articles for creation. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Leggattst. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Leggattst|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}

October 2019 Update
editThanks for the clarification. The disclosure has been made (see the top of this post).
The intention of the most recent edits was to update the details for a new major release - version 15 is the latest - as well as remove any old points that are no longer applicable.
I have removed the last update post the above request (01:35, 21 October 2019). The version does need to be updated to version 15. Let me know if this is OK to update this. Leggattst (talk)
