Speedy deletion of Leighton International

A tag has been placed on Leighton International, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please do not block this account because it is being used to update the Leighton International article, an additional information to the Leighton Holdings article. Leighton International is now being rewritten in a neutral way and will list references to the major projects completed in the various regions where it operates. It is for additional information only and not intended for advertising purposes.

Decline reason:

In other words, you want to continue the exact activity that got the account blocked. And even if it were for purely informational purposes, I can't unblock and neither can any other admin.
