Happy editing! I read your userpage and thought since you know your way around the controls, as you put it, and made a quite good report to UAA, you may want a welcome template with a lot more to offer than the one above, so here's this. Hope it helps, and feel free to ask me any questions you may have! Ks0stm (T•C•G•E) If you reply here, please ping me by using {{re|Ks0stm}} in your reply. 04:23, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Ks0stm: Oooh, fancy. Thanks muchly, it's very nice to have all these useful links neatly organized on a page I know how to get to. (Now, I need to go to bed before I start making stupid edits instead of helpful ones...) –LilacMouse (talk) 04:28, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
- I'll point out two other things I thought of last night:
- A link that I just added to Template:WelcomeMenu this morning: the Wikipedia discord server. It's a good way to socialize with other Wikipedians and/or ask questions related to editing.
- Be sure to check out the gadgets in your preferences; one in particular you may appreciate is navigation popups, but there are several useful ones, such as twinkle, HotCat, and others.
- Hope these two tips are useful as well, and again, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Ks0stm (T•C•G•E) If you reply here, please ping me by using {{re|Ks0stm}} in your reply. 11:25, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Ks0stm: Thanks! Twinkle especially looks very useful and extremely powerful, so it makes sense that it's only available to autoconfirmed users. I look forward to being able to try it out. –LilacMouse (talk) 14:03, 22 May 2024 (UTC)

A friendly hello from your local fourth-dimensional editor!
editJust passing through to say that I love your vibe, and I appreciate your interest in grammar! I agree that "amn't" is a word that should be used more often :]
I hope to see you around on the Wikipedia Discord! (also, lilacs are a lovely flower! I need to pick some and make lemonade with them... :>) > Tesseractic: talk? ✎

- @Tesseractic: You can make lemonade with lilacs?? Oh, that's so cool; how does that work? –LilacMouse (talk) 00:08, 23 May 2024 (UTC)
- I'm not sure, but I need to find out! I've had it before and it was delicious, and the lilacs blooming in the area inspired me to recreate it. 🪻
